MOD Public Health Consultants is a mission-driven global health advisory and implementation firm delivering equitable, climate-smart, and financially sustainable public health solutions for governments, donors, NGOs, and communities in Uganda, across Africa and beyond.

MOD Public Health Consultants is a mission-driven, locally rooted solutions firm with over 30 years of combined expertise in designing and delivering transformative health and development programs.

Founded in 2014, MOD began as a project-focused implementer supporting public health programs in Uganda. Over time, the organization evolved into a consultancy and advisory firm providing research, policy, and technical assistance services.

MOD works across Uganda and beyond to strengthen health systems and accelerate Universal Health Coverage through research translation, policy influence, hygiene innovation, and community-led solutions.

Today, MOD operates as part of a broader ecosystem that combines consultancy delivery with mission-driven impact through its nonprofit arm, the MOD Public Health Foundation.
