Founded in 2014 and registered in 2016, MOD has evolved from a project-focused implementer into a consultancy and advisory firm shaping public health research, policy influence, and integrated service delivery.

MOD works across Uganda and beyond to strengthen health systems and accelerate Universal Health Coverage through research translation, policy influence, hygiene innovation, and community-led solutions.
